The fragments and facets of you are connected as particles of living light essence from the ONE. When you enter the physical worlds that are of  lower densities and dimension from your higher states of existence as a light being, you do so to experience other expressions of form.
 
Some of this process allows you to connect and experience the physical world in a more matched frequency of the sentient being you incarnate on. During this time of decent it is natural for some particles of your Over- soul to choose to not take part in some of your physical experiences and separate from the host or vessel in an action of love and overall protection of the harsher lower vibrations and frequencies in the physical worlds that are not a vibrational match to your true HIGHEST light. Do to this process very often the experiences in the physical worlds create blocks that are held within the cell memory of the physical body that the soul cannot be a vibrational match to and so the soul will go through defragmentation .
 
This process is designed as a QHHT (QUANTUM HEALING HYPNOSIS TECHNIQUE)  to gradually retrieve and return ALL fragmented energy particles to the Oversoul.
